3 Advantage of our Washing Machine
(1) Aim & Wash, Dry in one machine
- The 6-axis articulated robot accurately cleans complicated shapes.
- The cleaning nozzle attached to the tip shaft of the robot enables cleaing of tap holes / deep holes, which are important cleaning points.
- Able to perform both cleaning and drying by one machine.
- Able to work continuously loading by using a rotary table.
(2) Pinpoint high-pressure cleaning
- Cleaning pressure is up to 12MPa.
- Cleaning inside holes such as tapped holes, crossed holes, and deep holes is also performed by the robot’s operation as if scraping chips.
- The cleaning accuracy is improved by verifying and teaching the effective cleaning time / cleaning angle for each.
